Alex scrambled away from his best friend pushing Nico away with one hand as he rubbed off the moisture from his lips with his sleeve. 

They stared at each other silently, feeling different emotions and thinking different thoughts.

"Alex I am so sorry I, I didn't mean to do that." Nico fired back hoping to save his friendship with the boy he grew up with, pursing his lips he crawled over to Alex. 

The blonde boy named Alex pushed himself further away from the brunette, leaning back he shook his head, "Nico, just don't talk." Alex grabbed his sweeter near Nico, crawling through the small space of the window he looked back at a startled boy. As he ran down the steps of his best friends house he ignored the small girl calling out his nickname. Turning the knob of the red door he ran towards his house, forgetting to close the door.All Rights Reserved
