Tsukieiko Utaimi is a new A&R just like Tsubasa Sumisora. She was scouted just like Tsubasa due to her talents and abilities. She is a kind and caring woman who likes to make sure she does her job thoroughly. She leaves no room for mistakes of any kind. Due to her past talents, it's engraved into her almost as if it was second nature. She decided to take on the job to support her younger siblings that she cares for. She doesn't like to depend on anyone and likes to handle things on her own. She doesn't like to ask for help if she's able to do it herself. She likes to repay others back for their help and would always smile no matter the situation. She likes to look at the brighter things in life and is hard to get angered. She is very forgiving but can be unforgiving depending on what you did to get. As she works alongside B-Project, many things happen to her.
