The Poetry of a Poet

This is where I traverse a whole universe
parallel, enclosed, trapped within each verse
I spell within, many a color of my mind
To tell you, what these feelings in me bind
So open your eyes, to these lines untold
See how a trampled heart's emotions unfold
See through words and letters that rhyme
before everything breaks, through the ticking of time.
