First love is always special, isn't it? And so is everything attached to the time when you experienced it. Those memories, those convos, those sessions of stealing glances on one another and those specific songs that made you swirl in your wonderland with your special one are something that stays with you lifelong. Undeniably, there's always one such particular track in all our lives we can't get over of, just because of the fact it once used to make a high sense relatibilty to our emotions or it makes you remind of that someone. No matter how old you grow, how far you run & how much money you make(pun intended), everytime it hits you ears, it twitches an artery in your heart, either making you fall weak or leaving a faint smile on your lips. Here's to one such song associated to my real life story, that I would have definitely loved to cherish all my life, but for some reason or other letting go of certain things is mentally healthy and the only way to rescue yourself from bondages of self-guilt & being too hard on yourself :) Not a fiction or a rom-com, a simple, true & non-regretful musical writeup that came straight from the heart😊.

An account of true life, but not as you know it. A modern day college that harbours a dark secret lurks undetected in the last place you expect to find it. The teachers all know, but they choose to ignore it. The students have no idea- they are all blinded by the charms and sophistication of having a much younger teacher than they had expected. he might have been fresh out of university, young and naïve, but that does not mean he is not capable of hurting others. *** Dancing with tears in my eyes Weeping for the memory of a life gone by Dancing with tears in my eyes Living out a memory of a love that died It's five and I'm driving home again It's hard to believe that it's my last time The man on the wireless cries again "It's over, it's over" Dancing with tears in my eyes Weeping for the memory of a life gone by Dancing with tears in my eyes Living out a memory of a love that died It's late and I'm with my love alone We drink to forget the coming storm We love to the sound of our favourite song Over and over Dancing with tears in my eyes Living out a memory of a love that died It's time and we're in each others arms It's time but I don't think we really care Dancing with tears in my eyes Weeping for the memory of a life gone by Dancing with tears in my eyes Weeping for the memory of a life gone by Dancing with tears in my eyes...
