"Genetics" are perfect children. A program called DNA Inc. has perfected the art of creating the child of anyone's dreams. With their DNA coding altered from birth to the way the parent prefers it, their destiny is set. 

The Genetic Program is about to celebrate 50 years of nearly flawless children. Children, who, over the course of their gestation period, were changed accordingly to the wishes of their guardians. But, a mutation in the program is beginning to show and the war between the Randoms and the Perfected children is starting to enlarge.
