A Divergent high love story

Tris is your average 16 year old girl. Every summer she is goes to her dads then comes back for school. While there she meets Four and falls in love instantly. At the end of summer they bid their good byes. Two years later her mom gets sick and sadly passes. She moves in with her dad. Will she run into Four?
