When We're Both Thirty
Frank and Gerard were childhood friends. And then they were enemies. Finally, they became strangers. They'd been friends though, and maybe they'd been a little too affectionate, because everyone thought the two of them would get married someday. Before they became enemies, they had even agreed to use each other as a backup plan. If, by the time they both reached their thirtieth year, they hadn't found someone to marry, they'd marry each other. They have thirty three days left. THIS STORY IS INTENDED FOR 18+ AUDIENCES. I can't stop you from reading it at whatever age you are, but please be advised. DISCLAIMER: This fic features Brendon Urie as a character. Thank You For The Venom (Frerard)
Because who doesn't love a revenge era Frerard? It's 2004 and My Chem are on tour. It should be a happy time, and yet Gerard finds himself spiralling, caught in a toxic relationship and even more toxic addictions. The only people that can seem to get through to him at all are his bandmates, but that's becoming complicated too, as he's accidentally fallen in love with one of them. Disclaimer/warning - this story deals with alcohol and substance abuse. I don't want to romanticise it at all - if anything, this is about how love doesn't automatically fix these issues.Complete
