Error_ is a series of short horror stories/scenarios that revolve around and happen within the town of Brooksview, Mississippi. Based on my original WIP, No Sleep Club, this will be used as a way to practice my storytelling, narration, and plot development, so prepare for a bit of experimentation. It's Dreamcember everybody! And I'm gonna be doing at least one for the entirety of the month! The only catch to this is that It's allll gonna be ErrorDream/Insomnia. Nightmare - the Guardian of Negativity - is known for being calm, collected and an all about respectable figure. He rarely falters when making a decision, never sugarcoats the facts of the situation and he most definitely doesn't let his emotions take control of him. Given those facts, there must be a logical reason as to why he's avoiding anything to do with Error, right? Sure, Error isn't the nicest to be around, but Nightmare of all people has never shown any hint of dislike towards him; if anything, it's the opposite. It wasn't very difficult to plan out my first victim. I watched them all day, studied their movements, listened to their conversations, and watched them fall asleep. The funny thing about it was that I was just a few feet away from them. But how could they have known? There was a rumored cult that has been given offerings to a demon to not unleash hell on their town for many years, all of them so far have either made the Demon either angry or annoyed. But this year, a young kid, who has been so terribly treated by all but family gave the only thing they have besides their clothes, a scarf gifted by his mother, and a pillow that's always been his comfort item since forever. Ever since Error has given his precious items as an offering to the eldritch abomination, his life has gradually began to change, for the better or for the worse, Error couldn't tell. All he cares about, is that he's gained a Guardian. Guaranteed, he looks like a goopy tar stained Cthulu, but he was happy anyways, for they were a nice Guardian despite their looks! Life has evolved and more technologies appeared. The internet is the main brain of these technologies, but that doesn't mean that it's safe. It is said that we are only using 10% to 15% of the entire internet, so where is the left of it that's the question. That's not the main point the point is how people could use the internet. Some could use it for social life, some could use it for doing research and some could use it to track you down and know every single move you do. They could hear everything, know your next destination. Maybe now you're being followed and tracked down by someone but you just don't know. Just as the characters in the story. The story is based on possible events that could occur in these days. Nobody knows what's out there on the internet, and what's in people's minds. Beware the internet, beware of the people around you, beware of the people you give trust to, beware of the mysterious follower that stalks you that is obsessed with you without you knowing. * Story chapters will be published one by one as a tv series to make the reading part easier and give more excitement to what's coming* Thanks for reading.
