A great deal of dark-matter hit the earth wiping out most of it's population. The people who survived lived in tribes. They were mixture of black and white people who lived in harmony. Laws were made and no one cares break them.
Like every great civilisation, they needed a leader, a warrior, a commander, a king.
So after the death of every king, they select one member from each of the seven tribes and have a conclave, a fight to the death and only one person stands and that person becomes their king or queen.
That was until a new threat arise, they found out they were not the only ones who survived and they must fight this new threat to keep the only supporting valley on Earth.

But this new threat is untouchable and if that's not worst, a piece of rock falls from the sky containing a heavy amount of dark-matter and changes the lives of the conclave forever. But it's not their lives only that is changed.

This is a book about survival, more like the 100 if you have seen it before.
Hope you all like it and it's soo interesting.

Max is a 16-year-old living on Mars with their single mother, but to avoid the mess of their parents' divorce, they've been sent to Venus to stay with their Uncle Luan and Aunt Anivene for the summer. The best part about that is that they get to see their cousin, Sebastian, who they haven't seen since they were both five. Venus isn't exactly a perfect paradise, Max knows, but it's much better than staying on Mars and listening to their parents argue all summer. Upon arrival in Marigold City, Max discovers that their extended family has taken in two kids their age off the streets - Kiffa, a tech-genius Zomai looking to use gadgets to fit in at school, and Azadri, a very self conscious Evior who believes she's too alien for her mostly-human peers. Sebastian, being a Hybrid, easily made friends with the two misfits, and the three of them became Cloud Nine Academy's playground menaces. Max, being 100% human, wants to make friends with their cousin's new gang, but they find themself feeling unworthy as they've never once felt they don't fit in. So, the only logical thing is to convince the trio that they're a misfit too. That shouldn't be too hard, should it?
