With gothic parties, curious top hat decorations, and elaborate feasts, the adults and children of Ryndale rush towards the morbid celebrations with glee.

Although Alice planned to spend the night hiding from the bullies from school, she is lured out of the house by her mysterious neighbour, a man known to her as, The Giggler.

As darkness falls, a horror tale comes to life before the town's eyes, and only Alice and her unlikely allies can save the town.
