This story follows Charlie R. Lupus, a half-blood Slytherin student who has a passion for magical creatures. Her dark past is kept a secret from her as she grows up and joins Hogwarts, befriending the Weasley twins as well as their family, consequently leading to her first encounter with Hermione Granger. As they grow, so did their bond, and it was thanks to Hermione's love that Charlie was able to surpass traumatic situations that would've driven someone mad.

But what happens when Lupus learns about her past, who her parents are, and consequently is branded with a dark mark, all for a lady dressed in pink to discover, and expose her in front of the whole school?
