Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark has been through a lot in his life. Luckily he has a really good family to help him through all his problems. Peter was closer than ever with his parents---sort of---and his Aunt was okay and things finally seemed to be going back to normal. 

Of course with Peter's luck it wasn't going to last. 

With Hydra being Hydra and having nefarious plots to backup their evil ones, a strange sickness, a missing teen, as well as Peter's crippling PTSD, Peter's life may just spiral out of control once more. 

Thank god for the Avengers, right?

This had to be his fault. Hydra must have somehow found out Peter helped him in Germany and picked him out as the weakest link. They wanted to find a way to get to the Avengers, to get to Tony, and they found it. ***** In the aftermath of Civil War, the Accords have been sorted out, but the Avengers are far from mended. Their issues must be pushed aside, however, when Peter Parker, who has until then kept his real identity a secret, arrives at Stark Tower to tell Tony that May is missing. It will take the whole team to figure out what Hydra has planned, but they are nowhere near prepared for what they will find. PS: I promise the writing does get better! I was expecting this to be a shorter fic, but as you can tell it kind of ran away from me and I take it more seriously than I did in the beginning! Thanks for reading!

After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark was murdered on a Friday. A ransom call gone wrong spelt the end of the child's life. The world grieved as the kidnappers gleefully told the devastated parents they'd find his body in the morning. They never did. Twelve years passed and the family was still grieving, and Tony Stark worked tirelessly to find his only child's killer and gain justice for his son. Meanwhile Peter Parker was having the worst day ever. He just wanted to help people but instead he gets stabbed. That's just his luck.
