I write poetry as a way to cope with the struggles of my day to day life. I'm sure many of you can relate. In this book you will not just find poems about depression but even poems about more sensitive and over looked topics that many people deal with. Such as eating disorders,self harm,etc. But I even cover more relatable topics such as heartbreak, romance, losing friends,etc. 

I hope every single one of you find your happiness. No one deserves the suffering and pain, life throws at us.
