Summary
A terrible misunderstanding changed everything.
After sneaking out of Wayne Manor to find Tony Zucco, young Dick Grayson nearly drowns in the river and is rescued by Bruce Wayne, who was secretly investigating the murder of Dick's parents.
When Dick wakes up in the Batcave, he comes to one shocking conclusion:
Bruce Wayne is dating Batman.
Bruce is just about to explain the truth... but Dick immediately cuts him off with a flood of questions, insisting he wants to help keep Bruce's relationship a secret.
Unfortunately, Dick's assumption never gets corrected.
Years pass, and Bruce finds himself trapped in an increasingly ridiculous situation as everyone of his children grows up believing that Bruce Wayne and Batman are romantically involved. Somehow, everyone else starts believing it too.
"God, why does everyone think I'm dating Batman? Didn't anyone notice that I mysteriously disappear from every gala whenever Batman shows up? It should've been obvious!"
A comedy of misunderstandings, family chaos, and one very exhausted Bruce Wayne trying-and repeatedly failing-to convince his children that he isn't dating his own alter ego.
