Lauren is your classic 16 year old tomboy. She's the perfect human being, with the right amount of humour, intelligence, athleticism and the perfect ratio of cuteness to sexiness. Or at least that's how her best friend, Sophia, sees her. Sophia is the "typical" 16 year old fashion icon. She also happens to be bisexual and knows it, thanks to Lauren for whom she had fallen head over heels. Sophia is now struggling with keeping her new secrets from her friends, probably homophobic parents, and her "straight" best friend whom she had been hopelessly in love with for the past four months. However, it's not her fault that she feels this way. After all Lauren looks, sounds, acts and even dresses like a lesbian! But even if there's a chance that she is, Sophia would never risk losing their friendship...or will she? Will Lauren figure it out? How will she react if she does? What could this mean for the future of their friendship? Or will they even have a friendship at all?

Due to an instance of sabotage, Rosalie loathes Joanna Spencer. Suffice to say that Rosalie would, if she could, throttle Joanna and after four long years she has her chance. Joanna's back in DC after living abroad, and she's gayer than ever, and has an even stronger grudge on soccer than before. Despite being an ace goalie, Joanna couldn't care less until Rosalie winds up as her soccer captain with high hopes of making it to nationals. Being smitten does little to improve Joanna's attitude towards the general public, and fuels Rosalie's "hatred" even further. [ Cover illustration by @SearchingAstronaut ]
