On the fun boardwalk of Santa Cruz, an Ex-cop notices a gruesome scene when he enters an indoor mini-golf building. On the body, he sees a letter that says :
I'm going to kill someone everyday here in Santa Cruz at the beach until I get $2,000,000 and a day to look at Area 51 and secret documents. Better do it soon!
