Midoriya Izuku never receives a quirk; not from All Might, not from All for One. Instead, he relies solely on his own strength, having studied heroes for years. This knowledge catches All for One's attention, and he trains Young Izuku so that he may pass the UA entrance exam.
All Might said he couldn't become a hero, but he never said he couldn't become a villain and a spy for the League. How will a quirkless boy fare in the hero course?
It's a little slow starting off but it gets better! (In my opinion)

Thank you so much! :)] Perhaps it's not the best idea to pass on a quirk to someone who's dream you just crushed, they could've already started planning something. Izuku Midoriya was always a kid dedicated to his dream of becoming a hero, even if it was far, far away from reach. But after having a terrible day as is, his idol said he could never reach it because he was too weak. Well, that was the last straw for him, and from then on he gave up on his previous dream, and started a new one, one that would prove them all right, in the worst way possible. And his used to be idol was stupid enough to give him his quirk, on top of that he got another from his new leader, so now he had more power than little him ever could dream of.
