"No, stay. I believe I know who your father is" He said turning around to face you as you backed away from him.
"It's okay, I can find him on my own," you said continuing to back up.
"I believe you already have." He said begrudgingly.

(Y/n) a jumpy 14-year-old girl is dropped off outside of Lux by her mother. Given the task of finding her father, she wanders inside. Only to be met with a man who tries to force himself on her. Then she meets her savior, Lucifer Morningstar, or dad.

Warning: Abuse, self-hate, and other forms of neglect are mentioned and KEY parts of this story.
With her not so great past, this story follows how she adapts to life with her newfound father and the friends he's made.

"Hey," She began quietly, much like how she greeted him in the penthouse several times when he hadn't known she was coming over. "Look, I promise that I'm trying to be okay with you leaving. I know why you had to do it. It was so brave, and I knew it's because you felt that you needed to protect me and Charlie, but," She paused to breathe, then continued, "It's so hard. Not to think of you, I mean, or stumble across a memory of you and tell myself not to think about it...not to feel. I'm trying so hard to forget everything that you made me feel." Everything meaning the annoyance, heartbreak, joy, sadness, fear, and love. All of it. "It's just hitting me now that this is the end." *** Three years after Chloe's and Lucifer's last goodbye on his balcony seemed like the end. He never intended on coming back to Earth, the threat of evil being released too great and only he could stop it. But when a larger threat works to over-throw him, Lucifer finds himself returning to Earth to protect Chloe and their friends. Is it the end of these star-crossed lover's epic love story...or is it just the beginning? This began as my take on what might happen in Lucifer season 5 (Netflix) before (and during) all of the teasers. I started writing this about a year ago, after season 5 was announced. I do not own any of the characters: all rights reserved for Sandman Comics, Warner Bros., and Netflix Thank you to @JenniferMoreno for this awesome cover art! This story used to be in A Collection of Deckerstar Fluff & Smut That Will Make You Flop Around Like A Fish. There will be some copy and pasting from there, but it was, is, and will always be my work.

I looked at her and saw myself, before Dad saved my mother and I from Him. "What's your name, sweetheart?" "Quinn." "Well, Quinn, I'm sure you're hungry, come with me and I'll give you something to eat."
