"Oh hey Connor." Gabe shouted from the couch, having heard the door being blown open. He was sprawled out on the couch with a box of frozen waffles at his side, mindlessly chowing down whilst some anime blared on the TV.
"Hey, uh, Gabe?"

"What the hell happened last night?"
"Well, you walked in at, oh, 3 AM, with that peppermint punk in your arms, reeking of absinthe and jack. You took 'em into your room and uh, i might've followed you, just to make sure nothin' bad happened, and uh..."

The room was pitch black but I could still see his handsome face. And even if I were put in a crowd and blindfolded, I would still be able to find him. I lay in the same position, looking at the now sleeping figure. I was confused and curious. What do you mean by not anymore? I asked in my mind as if he could somehow hear me. But he couldn't. "Eat." I ordered as I pressed the spoon against his lips but in return, earned a cold glare from him. Before I knew it, his arm swung out and knocked the spoon and bowl away from my hands, causing the soup to spill all over the floor and the porcelain bowl to smash into pieces along with the spoon.
