Death's Harbinger

Tamashi Karitori is your average farm boy from the 1920's. America is just recovering from the 'war to end all wars.' But when he is tasked with buy some goods and is promptly killed, he finds himself face to face with Death himself. He is born anew and must now adapt to a drastically different life.
Rumors of a reaper killing thousands circle around and he must find out how to escape it. But no one will escape Death. For Death always comes.
