The following is unedited and raw in more ways than one. The night after a panic attack, I had the urge to start writing this. Getting the thoughts out it always important, so this was my therapy in a way. If you're easily disturbed by descriptions of panic, anxiety, or depression, then you probably shouldn't continue. ✔️( COMPLETED )✔️ Hello everyone, I want to discuss self-harm. Here are some alternatives to self-harm, including painless options. It's important not to let minor issues lead to self-harm; you are stronger than life's challenges. This topic also touches upon cutting and self-injury, and how to stop cutting. We will explore how to choose your mood, understand your emotions, and deal with addiction. Being your best self is achievable, and positive thoughts and emotions can help. We will also address depression, anxiety, and coping with stress, as well as how to get help during a crisis.
