In a world, where at the age of 18, each person is given one color that only they and their true soulmate can see. When you do find your destined soulmate all colors shall be restored, meaning you found the one. Except for there is a catch... if your soulmate dies before 18, you will not receive a color until a new soulmate arises. Is anyone willing to deny their colors and choose someone who doesn't see the same color as them? or will friendships and relationships crumble at the seam?

Do you believe in destiny? Like it was meant to be? Soulmates are real and supposedly when you encounter your soulmate you both get this feeling as if you've known each other your whole lives. It's known that when you turn 16 you get a black mark on your body where your soulmate first touches you but this is only visible to you and your soulmate and only when you two discover your true feelings only then will it appear to your soulmate. Andria always hated the soulmates thing. She thought it was fake feelings and encountering your soulmate clouded your real feelings. She started wearing gloves after her sixteenth birthday. Maybe finding her soulmate is less likely this way until Ryder.
