150 years after Eurasia's second collapse due to World War 3's damages and a new surge of overpopulation, another 'Holocaust' begins in a newly formed country to try and solve all of society's issues, but a rebelling militia seeks to stop the destruction and end the reign of terror. However, problems ensue as the enemy proves to be much more dangerous than they appear.
