It turns out the Bertie Mansion has more hidden inside than mediocre paintings. He can delve into the secrets of the home and risk learning information long since buried, or continue on his original mission and risk leaving the past uncovered when it is due time to let it see light. Whichever path he picks, the ball has already started rolling and it's only a matter of time.

But, when he's forced to go to the CrossWorld University, he realizes that there are a lot of diverse supernatural attending that school. And one guy in particular interests him.
