Dive into the origin story of Christopher Nightingale, along with all the dark and exhilarating adventures that lead him to discover a necklace that isn't as ordinary as he thought. He eventually finds out that the alleged 'curse' that's been tormenting him turns out to be a centuries old spirit trapped inside the necklace, begging for Chris' help. He makes it his personal mission to find the missing red crystal on the necklace and help the spirit break free from its prison so it can rest peacefully. Chris explores a set of powers all related to the shadows, but things turn for the worst when he realizes how deep of a hole he's gotten himself into, and with a few misadventures, a crazy shadow performer, and a surprise visitor, Chris and the spirit soon find out that not everybody they love and trust has the best intentions. Can every promise be kept? Or will relationships and even exposure to the world cast Chris' bright future into the shadows?
