Mature
Desmund Amaru has gotten a reputation around his college for being a lying and deceitful snake. He is completely okay with this. He has always thought it was better to push people away and keep them at an arms-length, rather than be betrayed and hurt. However, when his roommate, Patton Cake, starts trying to break down the walls around his heart, will Desmund crumble or will he continue to push people away?

Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling. Janus had to find other ways to cope with his feelings, mostly unhealthy. But what happens when these two dorks fall for each other? I'll tell you, mutual pinning and miscommunication, with tons of angst with some hurt/comfort fluff. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Self Harm Suicidal Thoughts Self Deprecation Talking of food and weight Unknowing Anorexia Unsympathetic Virgil for awhile but he gets better Unsympathetic Roman for awhile but he also gets better. etc..
