Kiel always ask his parents what was in the city above them. The city that no one can see except those whom the mayor would bring. And most of the time those people didn't come back.
But the thing is no one ever complained. No one ever ask for their relatives or family members to go back here in our city.
Kiel being the curious he is, break the number one law. That is "not to escaped your own city, without the mayor bringing them."
What would happen to Kiel? Would someone gonna punish him? Or would they kill him for no one to know what is in the city above them?
