Grayson and Cait are parents.
Luke and Rae aren't. At least not yet.
Connor is navigating his senior year of high school.
Justin and Jackie have to face their families. And The Brotherhood.

Who survives? And how? Tune in.

This book will likely not be a cohesive story, but more a series of vignettes. Just moments and events, more along the line of Shorts, but without the alternate universe stuff. Although lots will be Grayson and Cait handling parenthood, Luke and Rae are going to get some burn too. And so will other characters. Even though the first story picks up after Ever the Same, it will not be sequential, but will skip around. There might even be some flashbacks.

The usual disclaimers apply. It's all complete and utter fiction. I know only what google tells me. They're still gonna swear and touch each other. Some things never change.

Updates might be . . . sporadic. Who the hell knows. I just write when they talk. But this is definitely the last book. Definitely. I think.

*Slow updates* After agreeing to be the focus of a college article, senior Charlie Murtaugh gets more than he bargains for when he's assigned a clueless sophomore who knows nothing about the sport. **** A year after staying under the radar due to an injury that almost cost him his career, Charlie Murtaugh has only got one more chance to get the NBA's attention or his dreams of ever going pro get shattered. So he scores an article on the College Paper with hopes of gaining more publicity. Journalism student Lorraine Perabo's first piece as an intern is way out of her comfort zone. Being an antisocial journalist is difficult enough without adding interviewing hot college basketball players to the list, especially when she knows nothing about the game. But what's more daunting is who the focus of her article is- Charlie. The drop-dead gorgeous point guard everyone seems to want to know about. Although these two's relationship starts on a rocky road, they find themselves relying on each other more than expected. In between late interviews and saving each other's asses, they soon realise that lines are easy to cross and that there are no rules regarding matters of the heart. Lexi Parker tried living with her aunt after her mother passed away but the undisciplined twelve year old was too much for the young mother to handle. So, now she is finding out that she is having to go live with her true guardian, Dameon, her oldest brother, a High School teacher, whom she hasn't lived with since she was seven years old. Dameon already has had custody, for the past two years, of her other brothers, Chandler 16, and Tyler 14. Now, he is adding his willful, headstrong and at times rebelliously defiant little sister who had been allowed to live a very unstructured and undisciplined lifestyle. Also, joining in this new family endeavor is, her next to oldest brother, Dalton who now is a police officer. Dameon and Dalton both understand and recognize she needs consistent structure and discipline incorporated with love and understanding, in her life. For Lexi, she is walking into a whole new way of life one where she will now have to abide by someone else's rules, Dameon's rules. For though he is not afraid to show his emotions and runs a loving, safe home, it is also well disciplined and rule strict. It seems Lexi is destined to have to learn the hard way that he is unwavering and will not compromise on his punishments when it comes to breaking these rules. These two are now on a collision course that can only end up with lots of tears and spankings for Lexi. So, who will win...the determined little sister, or the more determined older brother? Read on to find out... **NOTE** This is a spanking fiction/no sex/involves spankings and corporal punishments of minors /don't like/don't read...or better yet...go write a story you do like...and any comments made about abuse will be deleted. Bring Me To Life

21 parts Complete

Duke basketball star Grayson Allen and Olympic champion Caitlin Callahan are too much alike. They're intelligent, driven and fiery. They've enjoyed success. They've both been on the wrong side of public opinion. He's trying to rebuild his image. She's trying to rebuild her career. They're race cars without breaks. And they're on a collision course. Disclaimer - I do not know any of the real individuals portrayed in this story. Just a fan. A/N - This story takes place during the 2016-2017 season, and it is completely written. So, if anyone actually reads it, the updates will be pretty quick. Although some actual events are portrayed, it is a work of fiction (duh), so you will have to suspend reality in some circumstances. Also, I don't really care how old you are, but please be aware that this story contains profanity. Cait, in particular, curses a lot. I don't condone it, but she doesn't seem to care. And although it is not explicit, it is certainly very suggestive. There is also a storyline involving some stalking type behavior, so if you are triggered by that type of thing, you have been forewarned. Each chapter has a song title. My taste in music is somewhat eclectic. In some cases, the song inspired the chapter, but in others the song was found to fit the chapter. Enjoy!
