The Gods of Old were never replaced but they instead adapted to the newer times, reclaiming their roles as Man's needs grew and changed. One such Goddess has a very important role and a young heiress to inherit her duties. But when another Goddess's existence is challenged, everything changes which may end up dethroning the Olympiads once and for all as new power rises. Will there be a new Pantheon or will mortals be left to their own freewill?

The Tale of Hades & Persephone
This is a rewrite of my previous fan fiction "Tales of Hades and Persephone" as well as some inspiration from the original myth (and perhaps other retellings I enjoy). Hades has been alone for far too long. One day he pays a visit to Zeus and requests to marry Persephone. The King of the Gods agrees and even recommends Hades kidnap Persephone, since it's unlikely Demeter will agree to the marriage. Persephone is a young Goddess of Earth curious about the world of the mortals. Even though she loved him, she did not think she could stomach it. "I do not want you to be my mistress, Persephone, I want you to be my queen," he confessed to her. She snapped her head up to meet his eyes, searching for any sign he wanted to take his words back, but there was no remorse. And just like that, she fell ever so slightly more in love with him.
