After another world war has past all the countrys get truamatized and deside it would be best to split waya. As America starts on a trip across the world with his companion he starts to find out where countrys are, friend or foe.

As he continues his journey he jets an envelop from the big 5 about a ball that all the country's are gonna go to and he is invited.
