Pourquoi de tel sentiments m'envahisse t'il ? Pourquoi de tel ressenti?
Je me dit que c'est à cause de l'affection à laquelle j'accorde à mes proches ... est-ce une mauvais choses ? Des fois oui ! Des fois non ! La jalousie est une émotion secondaire qui exprime l'insécurité la peur de perdre ou Lien affectif a un objet ou un humain. Cela remet malheureusement en doute la confiance portée à l'égard de ce dernier
mais comment y remédier?? Selon le conseiller Alexandre Cormont :
1. en amour comme en amitié savoir faire confiance en votre partenaire
2. Penser à d'autres choses lorsque ces sentiments persévèrent
3. Comprendre l'autre partenaire dans ces choix et ces actions
4. Éviter les réseaux sociaux et toutes autres liens qui vous mettra des images dans la tête en relations avec ce dernier
Bien sûr cela semble plus facile à dire qu'à vivre , mais pour un changement il faut des sacrifice
