He had of course found it impressive how what was most likely a lie was so widely believed with little proof that it wasn't just some made-up concept used for our own entertainment and to explan day-to-day inconveniences. It's been about a year since the thirteen of them woke from the living hell that was the Killing Game. Ever since, they've been living together in a strange new world where their old memories are next to meaningless. Kokichi still feels the effects of the game a year later; although, he only has himself to blame for not being able to get past his guilt. Still, he hopes to be able to, one day, feel like he has earned his place among the others and maybe even feel like he can belong. Kokichi started coughing. The room grew silent as the other Ultimates, who were investigating a murder, turned their attention to the smaller teen. He stopped his hacking, only to say "I'll be back in a sec" before abruptly turning and speed walking out the door. Two small, dark blue petals were left in his wake. This is a Hanihaki story between Kokichi and Shuichi. It will most definitely be shorter in length, so don't be too surprised, heh heh! I'm conflicted, so I will make a good ending and a bad ending (The bad one ending in death). This is my first fic actually, so I hope you enjoy!
