The perfect southern night always has a perfect southern ending. At least, that's what the naive Susanna thinks. Life is uncomplicated in a sleepy little town in the 1960's. She lives life simply, and expects her life to always be this way. Until a sudden passion sweeps her away into adulthood and a complicated choice brings her to the realization that there's no such thing as a perfect ending.
