Maddie is the twin sister of Bucky and she is the senior head cheerleader alongside her brother Bucky and Maddie is a normal teenager. Maddie and Bucky's mother: Laura is the mayor of Seabrook and Maddie and Bucky's father: Ricardo is the head of zombie patrol and Maddie has a perfect life except for one thing: Maddie is half-zombie, half-human. Maddie was born with green hair and was born as half-zombie, half-human and the only people who know that Maddie has her green hair is Maddie's parents, Bucky and the whole cheerleading squad. If anyone found out that Maddie was born that way then she would be humiliated.
Zay or Zander is the twin brother of Zed and the older brother of Zoey but he always wanted to know what Seabrook was like and he finally gets that chance because Seabrook is finally letting ZOMBIES enter the school for the very first time.
