Rashel is simply a nurse at the camp she is stationed at with an adorable little secret following her She is the main person that is taking care of him after her brother dies in battle, Phoebe is the head nurse at the camp she is a good older woman that cares for Rashel and Howl she is bent making sure they stay together.
