Stanley Uris is a perfectionist. Having to get absolutely every detail perfect. From assorting pens, to 'fixing' every little Golden brown curl that lay on his head. After It attacks back in '89, Uris can't bare to look at himself. The scars lining the side of his face, where the creature bit, making him feel dirty. The worst part was he could Never get clean.
In which Stanley looks for comfort in his best friend but ends up falling in love. It's rough loving someone who will never love you back. Not in the way you want.

Eddie Kaspbrak is the banker's son who can't keep his eyes off of Richie, looking through the window of the bank. When they meet, Eddie refuses to give Richie his name until he "earns it." So Richie vows to earn the window boy's name, no matter what. "Eddie could feel Richie's eyes burning holes in his back, but he didn't turn around, just tensed a bit. He wasn't sure why. He guessed he knew that if he turned and looked, he'd be met with chocolatey eyes and dark, playful curls and milky, clear skin and an award-winning smile with full, soft lips and a nose that was always a little pink and probably a teasing, 'like what you see, Kaspbrak?' and huge, dorky glasses that somehow brought out every feature spectacularly, pitting them against each other in wonderful juxtaposition. They're complete opposites and soon, hate will take over their hearts where, instead, there should be love. [I got the idea from the anime "Citrus", which I recommend so much!
