"I've been more than fair with you, Cassandra. I've given you time and more than enough space..." he paused, releasing a large breath, his heat radiating over my lust filled body. My body was ready and willing to do anything for him, even if my mind wasn't. I couldn't wrap my finger around why I felt this way. I've tried to so hard to hate him. A vicious growl knocked me out of my thoughts. "You want something to hate, darling?" His words slithered out of his very much inviting lips like venom. "I'll give you something." I couldn't put together what he meant until I was being yanked forward, forcefully, and thrown to the ground in a heap. When I looked up at my mate, one side of his mouth quirked up, and he was unbuckling his belt.
Cassandra Erikson watched helpless as both of her sisters were lost to her by the Gathering. One sister ran away from it, the other is currently suffering from its outcome. Cassandra is now of age to participate in the Gathering, the annual event in which ten villages come together, having all of the he-wolves and she-wolves who are of age to be sent off into the woods, in hopes of claiming a mate. Cassandra has already found her mate, Gabriel, and she loves him. But wolves can't mate until they are of age, so Cassandra and the love of her life devise a plan to meet up in a secret part of the woods where Gabriel will claim her. She thinks they have it all figured out, for Cassandra refuses to face the fate her sisters had to bear. But, what happens when another male wolf scents Cassandra out in the woods during The Gathering? What happens when he claims her instead of Gabriel? *

He sighed again before trying again and I tired to put all my fears away as he once again reached out his hand. I put my head down, hoping that if I couldn't see him, I wouldn't be scared. As I felt his hand on my back and felt tingles explode, I jumped but then relaxed as I got used to it. I calmed down more as he picked up my small frame and held me close before whispering into my ear, "What has happened to you little one?" *~*~*~* Celeste has always been running. When she was little a group of rouges killed most of her pack and the remaining wolves ran, including her. Over the years they have slowly split off until it is only her and her mother running. When the rouges once again find them her mother spared her own life to keep her beloved runt safe. She ran, but eventually she could no longer run for her tiny body hadn't had the energy. Now she has been found by a new pack, The Paramount pack, and she is surprised when she finds her mate. The Hybrid
I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! My blue eyes fumed in anger as my wolf was released. I am a white wolf. Liam's eyes bulged as he saw my true form. He then smiled ready to fight. I lunged for the bastard, knocking him to the ground. His other minions rushed towards me all attaching me at once. I attempted to fight against them. They kept coming on me and it was becoming too much for me to handle. My fur had gone from a snowy white, to a bloody reddish color. So much blood. I laid down. Maybe just a minute of rest. I saw Liam walk up to me. He looked down at me and smiled. "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl. "Mate", and my heart stops. ------------ Alexandra's pack is mercilessly destroyed by werewolves most hated species: vampires. The species has hated each other since the beginning of time.
