When a flash of purple light floods the entire world, life on earth is changed forever. With 95% of the population wiped out from the mysterious light, the remaining humans on Earth are left with grief, a struggle to survive, and super human abilities. The world goes into chaos for many years before people start establishing communities and working together again. However, in a lawless world with dangerous animal hybrids, life is far from perfect. But there is a string of hope among these small groups of people: a deity in human form who wields a special power.
