Breezeclan is invaded by a sickness, it's nothing that they have ever seen before, not greencough, not whitecough.

Its deadly it's killed many cats, and a cure is no where to be seen.

Until, a young warrior, ArchStem starts hearing weird far off calls(no not like DoveWing) When he confronts his clan mates about it they all claim he must be going crazy, or making things up....
It's not like he wasn't used to being a screw up or being laughed at. He often got anxious around his clan mates fearing embarrassing himself around cats he lived with. Unfortunately this caused him to often mess up from thinking too hard. It's not like he was a bad hunter or warrior, at least he hoped not... he just feels less anxious when he isn't around familiar faces. When he's around cats he will never see again. Especially after losing his parents to the strange sickness.

But something about that call....
He can feel it in his bones! It's a sign! For what...
He's unsure but he knows he has to follow it.
And when he meets another cat who can here the call...
He knows he's not alone.

Will he make it to his destination or ultimately fail?

A sickness - like a mere case of the chills or a minor whitecough in a patient - is often something a medicine cat can easily fix, with some leafy catmint or perhaps a pawful of feverfew. It is vanquished effortlessly, and the illness is gone. It does not come back unless someone receives it again. But when the Clans have contracted a terrible sickness, StarClan has not answered for moons, and they are losing numbers quickly, nobody knows what to do. The medicine cats have done all they can for their Clanmates, however, nothing has worked. No longer outside the elder's den lay a lazy, gray-muzzled cat. The nursery, ever so faintly smelling of milk, only contains memories of what used to happen in the usually cheery den. The warrior's den only have three or four inhabitants, each of which thinks grimly of the day that the sickness could come upon them. The apprentice's den, in some Clans, has one cat who comes to sleep in it each night, cold and alone. Others are empty, filled with grief for lost futures. Leaf-fall has tumbled upon the Clans. Leaf-bare approaches, peeking over the treetops some mornings. This awful illness has lasted since Green-leaf and, still, with the medicine cats searching every day and the warrior's eyes peeled for it, a cure has not been found. However, each Clan has a reason for StarClan not answering them, and they mostly stick to it. Withering herbs, Clanmates, may wilt until they are nothing but a pile of dust, blown away by wind. { Copying of any sort is NOT PERMITTED. } { The cover is made by the lovely @Talfli - go give her a follow & some votes. } { highest ranking: 40 in warriorcats | 1 in warriorcatsfanfiction }

The Thirteen Trials of The Dark Forest (Warrior Cats Fanfic)

4 parts Complete

Shard Paw wakes up in the confines of the Place of No Stars, with her brother, Dainty Drift, and they seem to be doomed to the fate of the Dark Forest and it's eternal damnation. That is until Five, a strange tom with no explanation of who he is or wear he came from, knocks them out cold, and when they wake up, things are... different. Her name has been rewired in her brain, and parts of her core memories are completely absent...but she still has her brother. The two will be shoved very quickly into an overwhelming world where they have become the apex predator of the clans themselves, forced to adapt to Five and the eleven others of his kind's style of life, just after having died too. A/N: This is the now-published story I was referencing in Ode (it's a prequel, which you should read because it's so so cool!). I wrote this one a few months befor ebeggining Ode, so the writing style may have evolved a bit, and this is much less of a lovey cutesy story. It's also a bit rushed and much shorter ( ̄﹃ ̄) IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WORK OF FANFICTION, AND CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL STORIES SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE AUHTOR OF THE WARRIOR CATS SERIES ERIN HUNTER! MY CHARACTERS ARE DESIGNED BY ME AND ASPECTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO FIT MY CREATION, BUT PLEASE GIVE CREDIT TO ERIN HUNTER! Enjoy!
