A voice. An echo that was so loud but yet so silent. The night gloomed over houses like a blanket full of holes. The stars shone over everyone, watching them, looking down on everyone, making sure no ones darkness would consume them.
The wind blew, a tree branch fell. The sound of a twig being snapped into two. His body turned, his eyes met with another pair.
