Oswald Cobblepot, aka "Penguin" is on the rise to becoming the new king of Gotham. Pennelope Parker, is looking for opening jobs for her band Sinking Ship. As Cobblepot infultrates the two mob families, he's gifted Fish Mooney's club, and he isn't doing the best job at running the place. As Butch Gillzean looks for a new fresh sound for the club, he stumbles upon the perfect canidates.
Working in a crime ridden club you see a lot of things that you probably shouldn't, and that can cause Pennelope Parker to be thrown in the middle of the darkness of Gotham.
Will Penneolpe still be the same at end of it all? Or will she let the darkness in?

And once she escapes or is finally pardoned, Hellbent on revenge she changes her name to Lusciana Swann. And starts to use her newfound powers to find the killer and take back what she lost.
