I was a normal, teenage girl just yesterday. Well, I’m still a teenage girl, but the ‘normal’ part has been ripped away by all that has happened.
You don’t think that you’re suddenly going to be forced to give up your entire life to steal back the Summer Queen’s crown while you’re drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. And you certainly don’t think about visiting a place that doesn’t even exist and becoming a hero.
Those things just happen. Unannounced. No warnings whatsoever.
And they only happen once every Millennium. So is it a good thing or a bad thing if you are one of the sought after Heroes?
I still can’t decide.
