Sixteen-year-old Margot is a dancer, she's always loved dance. She took 5 years of lessons when she was eight. Until her mom died. Her grief turned away her passion for dance. Her dad, now a single father, tries his best to fit both pants in the family although he is grieving too. She's had a crush on Julian since the 6th grade and hopes to make a connection this year, but that changes when Damon Foster comes into her life. Damon Foster doesn't have the best background. His father was a deadbeat which made him turn to violence as amusement, drugs, drinking and hooking up with any girl he laid his eyes on. At least that's what goes around. When Margot and Damon get partnered for a literature assignment they grow to be fond of each other. When she decides that she really wants to compete and win for this year's Spotlight Dance she makes an agreement with him. If he will be her dance partner for the annual Spotlight Dance this year she will help him refurbish his motorcycle so that he can gift it to his brother. But she may get to close, and he may break her heart.

"See, Damien, that's where I don't believe you." I say annoyed with the fact that he thinks I should believe him. "You think everything and everyone is disposable. Well that's where you're wrong. I m not someone you can just care for when you want and then toss aside when you get bored. People aren't disposable, Damien. You need to get that through your thick skull." °∆°∆°∆° Leaving Connecticut isn't how Bronx planned on living her senior year. Especially not with her Aunt and Cousin Johnathan. But things change Bronx Valentine is your average 17 year old girl. She has a past but that doesn't define her no matter how much it seems to. She dances to clear her head so it seems only fitting to go to an Arts School in Georgia while her mother travels the world. That is until Damien Hunter steps into the picture. Damien is and always has been Jonathan's best friend. John warns Bronx not to fall for him because he'll break her heart in the blink of an eye and won't think twice about it. She swears it won't happen since that's what she's afraid of. But what happens when their two worlds collide? The good and the bad. The light and the dark. One who will change you for all the right reasons and the one who will change you for all the wrong ones. Is there hope for Damien and Bronx's relationship, Or is there even anything to even hope for?
