" Look at me" he all but growled as I continued to stare at the floor. His minty breath fanned my cheeks making me shiver . 

Shaking my head I continued looking at the black and white tiles of the museum's gift shop. He grasped my face making me tense up, "Look.at.me". Slowly my gaze met his, those hazel brown eyes bore into my brown and blue eyes. 

"Don't let them get to you. You are beautiful", I scoffed causing him to glare at me. Looking over at the group of girls pointing and laughing told me a different story. Suddenly I just wanted to go home. Turning back to him I gave a humorless laugh.

"A fat girl like me could never be beautiful" , with that I left him standing there in the gift shop as I made my way home.
