I Survived
It was like any other day, i was with my daughter, amelia. She was about to fall sleep. She was in so much peace. No worry in the world. Her green eyes were shining, from the light of the moon. They slowly closed, and she drifted off into her soft snoring. For a 3 year old, she sure knows how to mess with your heart. I felt so bad. Her father left. Well, my husband found somebody better i guess. We had her when i was 20, and he left when she was only 4 months old. What a life. During my deep thinkink, the tv stated making that fog horn type noise, waking me up from my trance. The news was on, with the alert reading across the screen. "TAKE COVER, STAY IN HOMES. LOCK DOORS, STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS" i lay amelia in her bed, out of my lap. I lock the windows and the doors. When i came back, i missed whatever the alert was about...i should have waited. The Case of The Rippler
(Kind of bad cover art is made by me) "Didn't think this right, did you, Skullram?" "Why'd you go out and do all of this, The Rippler? Just tell me!" There had been missing cases happening around a small city in Maine, Eros, in which twenty-five missing cases had resulted into murder, all bodies being found, twisted in ways, covered in ink and some sort of rope that had materialized similar to octopus tentacles, wrapped around each individual body. The detectives working on the unexpected murders just concluded that everyone just dies from a new species of an animal, but in reality, it's something way different. It's caused by a very abnormal and twisted looking monster by the name of 'The Rippler.' There was only one group, the Numbskulls, that had been brave enough to even try and defeat 'The Rippler' as they had figured clues along the way for solving the murder cases. See Phillip 'Skullram' Lionel, the leader of 'Numbskulls', and his group along the troubles in both high school and other places, mainly their meeting spots as conflicts between members nearly take it a bit too far...
