Sherlock is a girl's name, so it's perfectly realistic for a girl to be named Sherlock. And let's pretend her last name just so happens to be Holmes. And at that point, you may as well as change a few more things up.

All Joanne Watson ever wanted was to be adopted, and when the generous Mrs. Hudson gives her that opportunity, she's excited. Johnlock - Do I Wanna Know? by Jawncock

This fanfic is based off a Fanvid I saw on YouTube. I give the owner full credit for the idea, I just wanted to write it out as a fic. Although, I put my own twists on this story and it's original video plot. The main scenario and the way things play out are almost the same as in the video. But I decided to put Lestrade, a little bit of Anderson, Donovan, and Mrs. Hudson in this as well. Mycroft and Mary are also in this. And some other characters from the show are mentioned in this. But John is married, so his little (illegal) affair ends, badly.
