How can one summer change everything for two people?
Dipper Gleeful. He's cold, arrogant and not to mention that he's also the 'ladies' man of Reverse Falls'. He's probably the most annoyingly egotistical person you'll ever meet, That is, until he meets Pacifica Pines.
Pacifica Pines. She's kind, humble and optimistic. And also the cousin of Gideon Pines, one of the more... 'local' locals to Reverse Falls.
One afternoon, she stumbles upon, what she believes to be, a scrappy old journal, but for the Gleeful twins, there's more to the journal's scrawny pages than meets the eye.
How far will Dipper go to get it from her? But can she really get through a while summer in Reverse Falls without falling for him?

After running into his childhood best friend, Pacifica, the summer suddenly looks promising. After all, what could possibly ruin their reunion? Oh yeah, there's the creepy Pines Twins who seem to know much more than they let on. . . Dipper Pines has always lived in the shadows with his sister. The twins have stayed away from the public eye ever since a terrible stage accident that occurred 5 years ago. Once their uncle gets desperate enough for money, he finally decides that the show will make a return. Dipper knows his sister, or at least he thinks he does, and he knows that she if she wasn't capable of handling her powers then, she definitely can't now. But the show isn't what Mabel is concerned about, and Dipper is beginning to wonder what secrets she's hiding from him. When two stories collide with the supernatural, things get a little complicated. . . .
