Only 10 years ago, few soccer people knew coaching. However, today almost all people linked to the world of football know or have worked with coaching for their team. It is evident that during the last years this discipline or tool has been introduced with force in different sectors of life and sport, among them it is worth highlighting the importance it has acquired in football.

The first thing we will do is define what coaching is, for which we have found different definitions, of which we will highlight the following:
