Helena is about to graduate from High School and start her new college adventure at the University of Miami, her dream school since she could remember. Her future has been planned carefully by her parents, from her career, to where she will work after graduating and even who she will marry. That is until a night that was supposed to be fun, changed everything.

His childhood consisted of violence and his future was set by his circumstances.
