Semeea being a junior in college stressing about making sure she gets a internship for the summer. She has the pressure of graduating in the next year but in order to graduate she must get a internship as apart of graduating and moving on to graduate school. After struggling on getting an internship, she ends up getting a great marketing internship in NYC. Overjoyed with actually getting a internship but also excited to get on away from home. She took this opportunity to stay with her Aunt Toni; her dad's sister to build a stronger bond with and also save money by staying with her in Brooklyn, NY.

Daryn Lamar is a college senior, who is really over school. There is no lie that he was going to miss attending college but he was ready to move on with his life. After ending his junior year last year the end of his hoe phase ended as well. Around campus he was known as the 'fine ass dark skin guy with pretty teeth and dimples deep like Lauren London". Which meant that even though he was done messing around and was now focusing on getting the hell up out of college, he still had a great fan base of females who still tried their best to make him fall for one of them.
